At Needlepoint for Gays, every order is packed with care. If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out—we want to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical products or digital downloads.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and chart details carefully before placing your order. We are also unable to retroactively apply discount codes or promotional pricing to completed orders.

Order Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@needlepointforgays.com

Because digital charts are delivered immediately after purchase, digital downloads are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if something is missing from your shipment, contact us at info@needlepointforgays.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Digital Charts

All digital chart purchases are for personal use only and are delivered electronically. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital chart sales are final.
